• Another commercial interior project by Nishan Ubhaya Kumara Associates (NUA), this project was designed for a well-known Sri Lankan authentic restaurant brand, located in the heart of Colombo. We are pleased to note that this is our second collaboration with the same client, and we sincerely thank them for once again selecting NUA as the Architectural and Interior Design Consultant for the project. We believe that the quality, commitment, and design excellence delivered in the first project played a key role in earning their continued trust. As the brand is deeply rooted in Sri Lankan authentic food culture, the design concept was inspired by the grandeur and atmosphere of a traditional Sri Lankan royal dining hall. Given the existing large-scale interior spaces, special attention was paid to spatial planning, proportions, and the careful integration of architectural and interior elements to maintain balance, functionality, and visual richness. Currently, the project is in the construction phase and is moving steadily forward. We look forward to welcoming guests into a traditional-inspired space where they can experience and enjoy the true essence of Sri Lankan authentic cuisine.
